Hi Larry!
Your homes sound lovely!
Here's my advice.............after trying out all the suggestions below.........claim it, edit it, add comments, etc, etc .......then.........print out your zestimate..........take a quick, last glance at it...........then rip it up, throw it away, and try to forget about it!!!!!
I know it's frustrating.....but it really is irrelevant in selling your home(s).
A buyer, followed by an appraiser, will have the final say as to what it is worth!
Best wishes...
ps isn't there a song entitled: "If Tug Ruled the World"???
:)

Hi Larry:
Zillow employees have little green tags with the word Zillow to the right of their names (i.e you've not received responses from Zillow).
It sounds like you have an unusual property with two dwellings. This would outside the bounds of Zestimate calculations for residential properties. Perhaps you could get an appraisal (at your cost) or two or three CMAs and put them in the spot for the Zestimate "owner's comments".
Here are the FAQs:
Claim your home
Edit home data
What is a Zestimate?

White Picture has provided the option Zillow allows you " Claim your home then click on the Edit home facts, which may affect your Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months."
Some think that's fair/enough some think it ironic they allow you to Claim your home..Some think the way things are is just fine/acceptable some do not
Lots of Heated Discussion about this so I would suggest checking some of those out and then
Share YOUR opinion.....

I don't know why, but Zillow has no lot size information on the 17 Blake, claim your home on Zillow and edit the missing lot size data by hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu click on the Claim your home then click on the Edit home facts, which may affect your Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months.
Also Zillow didn't know that your houses are close to the water, therefore your houses got a bit low on the estimates.

Zestimates are just that- estimates. Particularly with shoreline properties, they do not take into account the value of a private beach rights, or the proximity to the water. If you have claimed your home, you can add in any upgrated you've made which might help somewhat. A shoreline property is like a work of art; some of the value is subjective.
Anyone who is seriously interested will take a close look at the particular properties and not rely solely on Zestimates. Best of luck!

why is zestimate on my houses so incorrect????? 15 and 17 Blake AVE Clinton CT>
