Two likely culprits:
1) Scripts, scriptlets, or similar are "off" in your browser.
2) Limited bandwidth so data is not loading (possibly due to high traffic volume on your internet provider servers, or too many web pages open... or your browser cache needs clearing, or an advertisement on the page is hogging bandwidth by constantly reloading...)

The site does work better with FireFox.  I did have problems with the charts using the "no-script" add on.   I get better performance on this website using the "adblock plus" add on filtering out the advertisements.
