The data collection companies sometimes forget to copy some ownership property records. It is not always clear the reasons. Sometimes because there were issues with the building permit, and not recorded properly. Sometimes it is zoned commercial, but the usage is residential. Sometimes it is zoned and constructed as rental apartments. Sometimes it is plain carelessness of the data collection company.
Regardless; one can easily add a missing property by setting a "make me move" on it from ones' profile. And after the home details record is there, one can remove the "make me move" if one doesn't want to use that feature.

sometimes what you can do, is go back out of the site and simply google the address and it will come up under Zillow....

it shows 1 under cartela Dr La Mirada Ca 90638 but it doesnt shows my brothers home that is on the same street

Usually it is; just use the "homes" tab at the top of the page, and type the address in the appropriate box.
Sometimes, the address on file in the county records is different than the mailing address. In which case, use a neighboring address, and zoom the map all the way in, and pan the map until you find the property you are looking for.

why isnt this site able to locate homes by addresses
