Sounds like you are frustrated with the title report. Don't worry, they are wrong often. The 4th bedroom, does it have a closet in it? If not then it does not qualify as a bedroom.

It seems that if you are putting information on a Web site , that a buyer is taking into consideration when making offers, the information should be at least close to accurate. It would seem that this web site would be more of a disservice than a service.

THE INFORMATION THAT ZILLOW USES IS FROM THE COUNTY TAX RECORD. YOUR HOME WHEN BEING BUILT MAY HAVE BEEN SLOTTED TO BE A 3 BEDROOM, WITH OPTIONS A NEW HOME HAS POTENTIAL TO BE MORE. HOPE THAT HELPS.
