why does the year 2011 on zillows taxes paid information, states that 0 dollars were paid for that year,and they were paid?

Zillow may not have that information from the data company in that area so it is listing the amoutn as "0". I have not noticed that on other properties in Yuma so it is possible that it is just a hold in the data that they have for that specific address too.

Many assessors have the taxes paid available online by address or you can also contact them directly for the information. The assessor for Yuma County is here.
