i am certified in short sales and foreclosures..

before you jump into this arena..make sure you educate yourself about the process, timing and what is required of you during the process.

most foreclosed homes sell for market value or slightly under priced.
you will not steal a house from the bank-it just doesnt happen!

speak with a realtor who knows the marketplace, how to handle the foreclosure/short sale or auction...

We don't put foreclosure info (e.g., price, photos) on the Zillow map. Instead we've partnered with foreclosure.com and you need to click over from Zillow to their site where they have a monthly subscription product which you have to pay in order to see the foreclosure listings info.
