It doesn't appear that you've claimed a home using this posting name.  Therefore, before the edits will save it is critical to claim your home on Zillow.

To claim, open the home details page, hover over "edit" and chose "claim your home".   Once you've done so, edits will save if you click on the check box to say you are the owner and then "save changes".
