To find out who has the listing, scroll to the bottom and see if its your name or someone elses. You can 'report a problem' if its not you who listed it. If its you who listed it, you need to go into MYzillow and remove the listing. Hope that helps y'all.

If your house is still on Zillow advertised for sale, it is probably because your agent forgot to remove it from a data feed that goes to ZIllow. You can find the source of the problem by opening the home details page and scrolling to the very bottom then clicking on the blue "listing website". If you find an active one, communicate with the agent about the source of the active listing.
Once the agent has removed the listing, you will be able to claim your home and control which pictures are shown.

Once you pull up the listing, click on "Claim Listing" and change the status. Best of luck!
