I forgot. Poker is not my thing.

4 aces are good but I would prefer a royal straight flush myself!

Deal? I ususally like to be dealt 4 aces if playing poker. On the black jack table a face card and ace is preferred.

Kay,
The best deal...What does that mean? What does it mean to you Kay?

If you are making your choice by whom you can get the lowest rate, you may regret that later.
Just knowing rates and fees is not enough knowledge to base this large of a financial decision upon. .... Happy funding, Rudi

If you're looking at a company who thinks "playing the market is very old school and shunned..." then I would look elsewhere. There a lot of competitive lenders out there who if you are able to provide GFE's of what another lender is offering they will look into beating their pricing. I would definitely encourage you to shop around and look for the best deal.

Monk,
If you already have a rate "in hand" and another finance company matches it.... don't you just have the same rate twice? Perhaps you meant beat it... In today's market... I would think a solid commitment from the borrower is needed to lock and proceed. Shotgunning apps and playing the market is very old school and shunned. Not that it is your fault or problem, but highly unlikely that it will work, successfully. Good luck to you. :)

H Monk, you can ask them that question but generally when you are ready to lock you have to make a choice. They will all get you the best rate that your credit score will allow.

will finance company match other companys rate to get sale
