working through union hall

earlier i posted the ? of how to get a home loan when working through a union hall when in between jobs my husband drawls unemp. would a letter by the union hall stating that this is normal work? i also have a letter from them stating that he is in good standing within the boilermakes apprenticeship program.

If your husband has been doing this "apprentice program" for two years and has enough documented income for that period to meet guidelines this should be OK. .... Happy funding, Rudi
