And to add to Sunnyiew's list make certain that is the the current version of the agremeent. The MLS forms change regularly to adjust to changes in laws and as the result of other issues that surface over the year. By that I mean that 2-3 times a year, the forms change.

You can buy them in office depot I believe, but I highly do not suggest you writing your own purchase offer. There are so many contingencies and legal loopoles that you are much better off having a realtor use the proper Florida forms and write your offer properly. It is free for you to be represented.

Nobody in this market should be making a real estate purchase without the assistance of a licensed real estate professional. About 3/4 of the questions here deal with issues a real estate agent representing a buyer could have resolved quite easily.

Very scary decission. I would not suggest it especially when buying a home is one of the largest purchases you will make in your life, not a time to try to cut costs.

It sounds very scary to me when somebody who is not a real estate experienced buyer uses a free purchase form. Please, undertand what your rights are before you settle for going solo on such an important purchase. Have you even contacted a buyer agent who could assist you with the purchase? If you still want to swim with the sharks here are some resources for you to explore http://www.ask.com/web?l=sem&ifr=1&qsrc=999&q=free%20real%20estate%20offer%20form%20pdf&siteid=15145&o=15145&ar_uid=FAFD3522-F0C4-4602-8075-C247A914B68F&click_id=A220D10E-4315-4021-80DD-A1A6B21CBF3A

There is a contract to purchase in Florida and others available for your state, but you need to make sure that you understand whatever contract you use, that it is legal in the state you are purcahsing and that you get legal advice if you need it. Hope it helps.
