Treat this the same way you would if you were going to buy a home for yourself. Contact 2-4 local Real Estate Agents and interview them just like you would as if you were hiring any other employee. There are plenty of articles that suggest ways to interview agents, but the bottom line is that you want to look for some one: 1. Familiar with the areas you want to look 2. Experienced in Income Properties 3. Some one you feel comfortable with and feel you can trust and 4. Some one who responds to you right away (the best deals are going quickly right now)
