Sorry I haven't answered your question sooner. We ended up renting it out and it didn't work out so well.We might consider trying rent to own again but only if you could give us some sort of large deposit so we know you are serious and committed to the follow through to purchase. Plus we'd be covered if you backed out on us and you would be less likely to back out if you had more invested. If you are still interested then please let me know. We're a little burned on the last guy but we're at least wiling to talk.
