would your sellers consider a lease option?

My family and I are looking for a lease option starting this summer (after the school year is out).  We are relocating from Los Angeles and have family in the valley.

Lease options are complex however in the current Eagle County Colorado  ie Vail to Gypsum real estate market some sellers will be considering this option. Most MLS do not have the ability to sort available properties by this category. I suggest engaging a Realtor to help with your search.
