I lit my candle on my kitchen window sill next to my indoor St Joe (lol) and said the prayer that highland rd posted. As soon as I was finished I got a call for a showing tomorrow from a man from Fl who has called before.

Needless to say, Indoor St Joe got a kiss!!!!

Yippee folks! I'll take it! :o)

I can't get a buyer from the surrounding area and Pink is attracting them from half a continent away. There is just something so cosmicly (is that a word?) unfair!

Think if I did MLS it would help any?

I have so little incentive to really push now, other than it will simplify my life to have this property off the books and have something I can actually work towards using in the future.

The good news about that lot being pending, is that it was hard to get financing for raw land when the lending was good, now it will be even harder. You are going to have all cash.

It is beautiful. By good news I meant that people won't think it's available and won't be looking at it. If the buyer is trying to finance it, they will probably run into problems.

I know; I so don't want to be working today or this weekend, but its got to be done; everyone else in this office is off for the 3 day holiday and I'm here working! I want to be at a lake, swimming with sweet tea and KFC in a picnic basket. I want my dogs to run in the water chasing a tennis ball, and learning how to swim!
