I can't get a buyer from the surrounding area and Pink is attracting them from half a continent away. There is just something so cosmicly (is that a word?) unfair!

I have so little incentive to really push now, other than it will simplify my life to have this property off the books and have something I can actually work towards using in the future.
The good news about that lot being pending, is that it was hard to get financing for raw land when the lending was good, now it will be even harder. You are going to have all cash.

It is beautiful. By good news I meant that people won't think it's available and won't be looking at it. If the buyer is trying to finance it, they will probably run into problems.

I know; I so don't want to be working today or this weekend, but its got to be done; everyone else in this office is off for the 3 day holiday and I'm here working!
