Any Real Estate professionals who subscribe to Zillow's email alert service in that particular topic will get an email with the question. They then have the choice to respond or not.
One thing you should know about Zillow if you don't already - their Zestimates on housing values are anywhere from way low to spot on to way high because they use assessor's office data which is notoriously incorrect.
