wrong price on Zillow

Listings can easily be edited by the "owner" of the listing:
Log in
Click on My Zillow and then Listings
Click on the property in question and click edit.
That's it...

I am the marketing director for 150 agents. I am not an agent and do not have a Zillow account. Do I need to have the listing agent go into Zillow and claim the listing or something? Thanks for your help.
