Your right the sale price is $285,000 in late '04. Someone entered the wrong number on Zillow or it was recorded incorrectly in the tax records. Nope, I just checked and it is recorded correctly in the tax records.

Sorry I couldn't be more help but it is simply a Zillow thing.
