I have the same question. 13608 se 58th pl,98006 for 630,000 not 830,000 as shown.

Ditto, same problem here; WAY off (purchase in 1999 for 2150000, they show 7525000 with an asterisk which leads to nothing on the page). Since my city says it does not retain price records, the error didn't come from them. It's as if Zillow just 'made it up'. Any information about how to corrrect this from anyone?

We're sorry for the incorrect information on your home. I have to apologize, but we have no immediate solution for this. I have verified that we've received this inaccurate information from our data provider -- we will notify our data provider of this error. They do periodically refresh their records with new updates from each county, but I cannot predict when the correct information for your specific house will be shown on the site.
We plan to be able to fix these types of data errors on a one by one basis later this year, but our system is not currently set up that way. If we changed the underlying data today, it would simply get overwritten with the next data import.
