Zillow Zestimates are sometimes spot on, but other times way off. It's not a perfect feature, but they are always looking to improve it.
I would default to your appraisal. Nothing is better to determine the value of your home than an appraisal from an intelligent and savvy appraiser. Try to use an appraiser from your local market.
