was wondering about the condition of the house, any major work to floors, walls, pluming, roof, ect.? does it have a yard, and the condition of it?  are there association fees in this neighborhood?  thank you.

Sorry, but this home is under contract.  It was not in to bad of condition.  It needed paint, carpet, and some misc. items.  This home was owned by HUD and are available for about 10 days.  If you would like to see all the HUD owned homes go to www.ChaffeeRealty.com and click on "HUD Foreclosures"
