All this has been done and you have not looked since 2005??
How good can you guesstimate be????
Total rebuild 2007 due to major fire, w many upgrades costing $190k
2011new furnace
new driveway
new contractor built 12x22, 4 season sunroom w/heat/ac
new fenced in back yard
new 12x30 shed with power
This home is well above maintained, next door, not so much, but valued higher and I know the builder, 82 Laurel Lane is built from demo houses, used everything.
So much for Zillow values!

From my experience with zestimates the word "INACCURATE" always comes to mind. Poor data integrity, lack of investment in technical support and a flawed algorithm means that zestimates are wildly incorrect yet zillow continues with the charade of refusing all requests by homeowners to correct or delete nonsense valuations that they peddle on here purely to generate advertising revenues. It is time that sites like Zillow were regulated to protect homeowners interests as well as fatcat executives making a quick buck as they dump their stock options at the earliest moment.

I understand your frustration. Zestimates are rarely dead on. If you want a better indication on the market value of your home, I would recommend you contact a Realtor familiar with your area that can give you recent sale information.

The zestimates will only generalize an area mainly by comps and recent sales. An appraiser will give you a definite price. The map is not the territory.
