Jeff, what is incorrect in your listing? Keep in mind that even if you did correct it on this site, it doesn't go back and change the source to where they pulled the data from so another website might pull the data wrong too.
I did a quick check compared to the tax assessor and see the sq. ft. was the same, but not the bedroom count.
