Hello dogee. If you are the owner of this house, you can take control of your house and edit much of it yourself by claiming the house. From your main house page, you can claim your house with the yellow "Edit" pencil icon under the main house photo and then you will be able to edit the facts.
You can also "add/edit" photos with the same link. Mu last house photo was off too, but I uploaded a new front house photo and it make my page more accurate so that might help you too.
Once you claim your house you can edit the home facts to try to make your Zestimate more accurate. It takes about 6 weeks to show up in my area in the Zestimate if it's going to. Zillow won't change your Zestimate because it is not a market value of appraisal. It is only an estimate.

I too received a similar e-mail after responding to a poster's thread. I had no personal communication between us, and received an e-mail threatening me never to contact the poster under any circumstances.

My guess is he sent the agent an email as she is listed third on his home's page. It's one of those 'want to sell your home' things. I wonder when the other two agents will surface.

Sweet. A lawsuit and "legal order" from Brownsville and a "throw Zillow under the bus" from an REA.
Sometimes, it'd be more amusing if it wasn't such a discouraging commentary on our society/culture as a whole.
Then again, probably important to remember that things like the internet and cable tv have opened a much broader bandwidth for communication, so comments/opinions now have a medium to go world-wide in seconds.
