Looks to  me to be worth 50K less. Did you have this issue when prices were overly inflated a year ago.  Probably not!  Must have been a good feeling back then... but that too was way wrong.

Hello Snelms,

I assume you are talking about an agent that did a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) on your property. This is the most common way for realtors to set a price on your home . We basically compare the sold homes in your subdivision and surrounding area in terms of all similar features, interiors, exteriors etc. However, with the way the market place has shifted in the pass 2 years my recommendation to home owners I work with is to have a professional Pre-Appraisal completed. This is the most accurate way of  determining your homes  True Value in the current market place.  As your realtor I pay for this Pre-Appraisal estimated value is $300.00.
