They update 3 times a week.  But they don't collect their own data; they buy the info from 3rd party providers that have to collect it from the county public records.

And as far as removing listing info; that is a Realtor problem.  Many have auto feeds from other websites, and they don't update those sites.  Even if flagged, and Zillow corrects it, the auto feed will just put the info right back, until the other Realtor website is corrected.
