I recently had trouble with the flash plug-in on my Mac (think I just need to download update) in Safari, and I lost the arial view here too. It still works in Firefox, and I think it's just a matter of updating your software.

For the birds eye views, after opening the home details page of interest, scroll down to the map, and click the birds eye link. The map will change to a birds eye view. the 4 direction options are then links inside the image now.
Also try the Google street view. And then click on the square icon in the upper right corner of that to see it go to full screen. You can pan, tilt, and zoom the camera, or advance it down the road, or back up.
(Also available in the map at the bottom of the home details page).
Z-estimates and previously sold prices are still given, and the charts now let you read prior numbers (as long as Flash is loaded), and you can get the tax data in the charts too.
