Just interested. I am not an appraiser, but I think I know the market price in this neighborhood. Almost or exactly the same house, 138 rushmore Dr, asked for $379,900 on market for more than one year and have to off market last month; 153 Rushmore(no fireplace, no brick, others are the same as this one including the size), asked for $389,900, sold for 335,000; 1918 westridge(no fireplace, no brick, others are the same as this one including the size, built in 1999), asked for $389,900, then changed price twice to $369,900, cannot be sold out for almost one year, off market and rented out for about 10 months, they have to re-painting, changed all the carpet and on market soon ask for $369,900. 1955 westridge, I think it is almost the same or better than yours but it was built in 1999, asked for $409,900 for more than one year, still there. Also think about 139 Norwich, 215 Bulter Dr. Based on these, I think you ask too much. I apologize if I made you unhappy. I am not an appaiser, just a buyer and want to buy a house in current market price.
