your list price is incorrect for my home

Hi Louise -

I was able to check the properties you mentioned. Zestimate is generated using zillions of data including price history, tax assessment, number of beds and bath, square footage and the like and the more accurate data that we have, the more accurate Zestimate will be. You can claim your home and update the facts. If the changes are significant enough, the Zestimate change (if there will be any) will reflect after 8 weeks or so.

Just a heads up, Zestimate is just a starting point and not an appraisal.
