Marty's estimate seems about right for Wasilla. But it would help to know how far off the main highway the property is located. And interior/exterior pictures would help to really narrow down value.

I will make a few assumptions. One, that you are on a maintained road with power and phone. Two, that you have a house that meets basic code requirements. Based on those assumptions you have a value between$150K-$200K. I can't really give you much more than that without more info.
