zestimate dropped $20,000 in one day

Hello, my house's zestimate was hovering around $271,000 for nearly the last year and yesterday it dropped $19,000 to $252,000.  However, the graph of the zestimate for the last several months show that it was at that the zestimate dropped into the 250,000 range in December 2010.  I check my home zestimate nearly daily, and the way the graph looks was certainly not how the zestimates had been recorded.  again the nearly $20000 drop occured yesterday as on Wednesday it was at 271,000 as hit had been for nearly a year.  Is there any explanation for this?

"With the data delivery yesterday, we have re-computed historical Zestimates back to January 2006. There are a few algorithmic developments that we are still working on and, once these are done, we intend to re-compute all Zestimates back to 1996."
