zestimate not accurate what should I do?

I had my home listing on zillow(128 jacobs lane, norwell, ma) while listed, a lot across the street from me sold (July 2010) and was accidentally listed as my address (has since been corrected in 2011 records) and affected my zestimate.  The sales history was corrected on zillow, but the zestimate has not been recalculated (the lot sold for $405,000) our zestimate should be in the $700,00.00 range.  I'd like to re-list next week. Who can I speak w/ to correct this?

Seem like the year built of your home is very old (1800) if you rebuilt your home recently then open your home detail page and edit the home facts which may affects your home's Zestimate.
