there are two units for sale in my building that are essentially the same - save a couple upgrades. Unit 108 is valued at 585K and Unit 110 is values at 253K. What gives?

There is one basic difference, 108 has 2 bathrooms, 110 has an additional bathroom in the upper loft area.

If you would like to take a look at both/either of them for comparison purposes to your unit, please let me know.
