zestimate value wrong?

Hello, I had listed my house on make me move about a month ago and then the zestimated value was approx. 2.7M. Today when I checked it, it dropped to 1.1M. All the houses in the neighborhood seemed to be fairly zestimated. For now I have taken my house from make me move.  I was wondering if there is an error causing this to happen.

The average value for a home in your zip is around $500K. Since your home is so extreme, Zillow and/or a Zestimate will not be accurate, period. Zillow works best with homes of or at average/median values.

Specialized homes, homes with large lots, superbig mansions, etc, should really only be valued by a Realtor or appraisers. Too many variable involved, sorry.
