looing for inlaw possibly, but saw this house online and loved it...not really interested in looking at others right now. it says they bought it in the 400k range...how much money did they put into it? also, because it isn;t a short sale, would they be interested in a deal where if i bought it, it could be contingent on the sale of my current house? i'm looking into possible loans at the moment, but still don't think i could make an offer for more than say 590k right now. let me know your thoughts and answer to these questions when you can. i appreciate it...thanks.

Thank you for your interest in this property, but since it is not a short sale, the seller may not take an offer that they need to put money to close escrow. Are you looking to buy an income property or one with in-law? Please let me know if you need any help finding one.

thank you for your reply. with the market decrease, would they ever review an offer that was quite a bit below their asking price? i currently cannot afford more than the high 500k...am i wasting your time with an offer in that range?

Zestimate is done with the neighboring statistics and the much of the amenities of the property and remodeled conditions are not in consideration. This is an updated historic home and the seller is still asking for $679,000. However, they will review any offers.
Thank you.
Thank you.
