zillow estimate is way off - Help please

zillow estimate is way off - help-I live @ 200 Princeton Pnes  Palmerton PA and my neighbor is 190 Princeton Pnes and my neighbors increased - mine decreased and we just added tons of upgrades and we have more square footage and we have a newer home which is weird...

The Zestimate of 200 is way higher than the Zestimate of 190.  I'm not sure I see the problem.  Could you expand?

I'm not a Zillow employee but what I know that Zillow have only a few comps for your property and enough comps for the '190 Princeton Pnes'.
Better estimate on '190' then the '200' in the accuracy term since the '190' has more comparable comps to compare then the '200 Princeton Pnes'.

Look at the 30 day difference ?? why has our decreased so much?? compared to theirs - I know ours is worth more as far as type of home and size - so why ours should not have decreased more than theirs in the 30 day range
