I was looking at the value you have put on my house...and the value you have put on my neighbors house..I am very confuse..I have more square feet in the house, a newer hhome..a pool..3 bedrooms+ den, versus just 3 smaller bedrooms..fully landscaped, walls of house are 2 X 6( outside), versus a 2 X 4 outside...my question is..who in the hell did this to me...if a potential buyer looked at my house on zillow, he would pass it up...not a good thing I am very disappointed in yor home values...

The Zestimate is not a value of your home, but rather a computer generated number based on data from your neighborhood.  It doesn't take into consideration any upgrades or special features you may have.  You might be better served by claiming your property and editing the home facts.  In addition it would be an extreme case for someone to not look at your home based off of the Zestimate.
