funny thing about these guys who write these books on "how to" make millions buying and selling homes and how they do it........If they made so much money doing it....Why would they need to write a book to make money?

I am in Kentucky and the listings that are listed here for $1.00, are homes that are being auctioned.
Sometimes there are homes that are sold for a dollar but they are not available to general public - usually inner city homes - hooked to city government programs.
Next time you think about investing in a Kevin Trudeau book, you might want to check his criminal record. The amount of time he has spent incarcerated. The fines he has paid for false advertising. Etc., ect., ect.!!!

Usually the $1 listings are either data translation errors between two computer systems, or a group that is trying to initiate bids. If a house is listed for a dollar, open the home details page, scroll to the bottom and click on the listing website to get more details.
zillow has homes for $1.00, what is that?
