Zillow corrected the city error after the listing was edited. thanks for your help. I assume the value difference will be changed eventually

Our property taxes are listed in Clayton, MO not in St louis.. Also zillow lists the unit above and below ours in Clayton. Only our unit is wrongly listed in St Louis.

You should check the county tax assessor records to see if they have the accurate information; just google "st louis county tax assessor property database" and you should get the web site where you can check your information; This is most likely where the data originated from.. or if your home is for sale on the MLS the data could be inaccurate possibly...
The value on Zillow does not seem to account for district though.... so I would not be convinced that is the issue.. I would look at the values of all the homes around you to see where or how they arrive at the value...

Zillow does not use schools nor city in their estimate modeling.
But use the "report a problem" button under the edit pull down tab under the main photo on the home details page to get it corrected.
Note, they use county records data for the address, not postal address.

zillow lists the city incorrectly for my property. there is a big difference in schools and values
