Our maps come from a variety of aerial and satellite providers and each are continually trying to update (you can imagine what a difficult task this is for the entire U.S.)! We receive house location, street map, and satellite image data from different sources. We place these layers of data on top of each other to create our maps and sometimes the houses don't appear in their exact correct location on the map. For some homes, the Bird's Eye view is off-center. In these cases, the viewer shows the house's neighborhood. It's a complex problem and we're working on it. This problem only impacts the map itself, and not the home facts and Zestimates on the website which is associated with the correct home.

What you can do to better represent your property is to upload photos that will show its current state. To do so, go to its home details page and click on Add/Edit Photos button.
