zillows zestimate is based on incorrect info about my house. When will they correct the zestimate?

I have already updated the correct info... they gave a zestimate without knowing about 2 bathroom renovations and a kitchen reno. They could b hurting my sales by not including this info in their zestimate of my house ...they should  fix these things immed. but there is no way to contact them directly , which is really lame.

thanks wetdawgs 4 answering my ?s  not very happy w zillow right now. wish i could take my house off but apparently we have no control over them having it online...i think thats just wrong.  thxs 4 yr help

Zestimates are based on the core facts of the house, such as type, room number, bedroom number, bathroom number, square footage  when these features are updated, it takes a few weeks to a few months to reflect in the Zestimate.

Features such as upgraded kitchens and bathrooms are not part of the Zestimate model, but certainly can be used in the "owner's estimate'.
