Would you prefer a fixer or a house in move-in condition?

Fixer! I'm a handyman and can really improve the house myself.

Needs improvement is ok. I'm going to redo the bathroom and kitchen anyway.

I'll repaint and replace carpets/floors, but that's it.

I want to just move in.
