1 month after I bought my home, the value has dropped on zillow $102,000? Why?

Before my wife and I bought our home, it was valued at $589,000. 1 month after we purchased our home it dropped $102,000? Meanwhile, the house across the street which is very similar to ours has gone up $77,000 in the same month. I feel as if Zillow is unfairly representing the value of our home. Any suggestions? Hello,

Just curious on how you calculate the value of a home? I noticed the square foot value for a small spec home next to ours is $144 a foot and ours is $117. Our home is a cutome with top of the line mill work, granties, and appliances and the spec home is made of basic entry level materials with no upgrades. Thanks

Property is on a shy acre, with 84' of southern exposure waterfront. Full entertainment deck, daylight basement,large media room the surround sound. Detached garage has 18' x 10' and 9' x 10' high garage doors. Above the garage has a full guest room with full bath, and separate exterior entrance.
