What can I do to get more (or better) quotes for my loan request ZR-KQVKZKS

I purchased a home in Feb, 2012 on a FHA loan well below the going market rate/assemssment as it was a family purchase. I do not want to continue to pay the monthy mortagae insurance. There is at least $100K+ in automatic equity and probably more due to the location and size. I need to reduce my payments to below $2k per month and would like to get some cash out to update and add new flooring. I do not want to put any additional money down. Can someone help?

Re my home at 26603 Marigold court,Calabasas,91302. You have "last sold" in 1995 for 150,000$,that said,I bought my home and closed escrow in June of 2001 for 515,000, please correct your records Many thanks

Landlord verification

I am trying to pre-qualifiy for a loan on a home purchase and have been informed by Wells Fargo underwriter that they require 2 years of landlord verification in order to count my rental income from a property I own in their calculation. However they do count the mortgage payment and other expenses related to that property, thus severely impacting the size of loan I qualify for. Do all lenders require a similar 2 years of "landlord verification" via tax returns?

eexact same sq. footage and total lot size as mine is worth $59,000 more.

How come when I look up a home now, I can no longer see the tax assesor's information?
I used to be able to view the sale date and how much it sold for.
Also, I can't seem to get a good ariel view of the property anymore. I used to be able to click on the property and estimate the size of the lot and the configuration of how the home is situated on the lot. What happened?
