I DIDN'T NOT! Then he stated once we went in and liked it he wanted wired the first month rent. If we did not like the property we were to send him the keys via mail and he would return our deposit. So I'm unsure if I should report this formally or what to do at all. Any help would be appreciated. No one should be treated like this I don't believe. His home is not on ZILLOW or any others I can find. A current house value is $378,000 but was built new &amp; appraised at $434,000 15 years ago. Other houses built new in same yrs reflect market values of $450k- $650k. It appears the price of old house built in 1984 &amp; then a tear down in 2000 does not reflect the tear down. The current house is BRAND NEW built in 2000. It is appraised at $575,000. Z has it priced at 65% of market value. With all due respect, where's the value Zillow provides if you are off 35%? (Zillow's records have all been updated on profile as well &amp; yet we see nothing change after months. Initially we were big believers in Zillow, but it is hard to reference Zillow's value now.<br \><br \>10 replies Fri, 16 May 2014 18:58:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/What-do-you-do-when-in-fact-the-zestimate-is-wrong/541078/ 2014-05-16T18:58:00Z Re: 1139 Rulison Avenue http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Re-1139-Rulison-Avenue/548656/ <p align="center">This house has seen workers in it but no updates as to a sale date even though HUD apparently owns it while the auditor's site still lists 5/3 bank as owner.
