There is no way that this house sold for $159,000. I think that you dropped a zero in your price. This house should more likely have sold for $1.59 Million

How much, if any, have houses in the $1.8-$2.3mm range dropped in Kentifleld, CA?

Last year when we looked at homes in the $2mm range, they were not selling. Owners decided to wait another year. It looks like homes might be selling and I'm wondering whether they are in fact lower and, if so, how much? When do people think the bottom will be for homes in this price range?

This home is still valued incorrectly after writing to Zillow numerous times. The home was last sold in 10/2005 for $1,675,000, which is what the tax records show. Look at the 2008 property tax that you list above - it is inconsistent with the abnormally low value that you're showing. This home in this Kent Woodlands neighborhood has appreciated over the last 3 years, not depreciated!!!!! Please change this

Home Value Incorrect as Sales price never published in MLS

We bought from a builder and they did not publish the sales price in MLS which is negatively skewing the zestimate. Also, the property tax information is incorrect, again negatively skewing the zestimate. As a result your zestimate is based on land value only as well as your aerial shot just shows land and no home. How do I get updated the correct and proper information so my home is accurately zestimated?
