Would Tenants-in-Common be the way to go? Both units share water, electric but have separate gas meters. Want to make a profit of$100-$125,000 profit. Property valued at $648,000+ at .28 of an acre and built in 1974 main house/1977 cottage. Assessed as a 5 bdrm/3bath (2492 sq.ft./12,000 sq.ft. property). Front unit is 65% and back Unit is 35% of property. What to do?

I have to refinance my condo because I got divorced, I am not worried about being qualified for a loan because I have excellent credit score and steady income and no debts. I would like to know which lender I should use also am I considered as a 1st home buyer since the ex husband was the primary on the loan?

B of A turned us down for a modification, now what?

We had a baby born with Down Sydrome, premature, needing heart surgery. We spent two months in the hospital, lost pay, got behind. B of A rep said that we couldn't be helped until we were three months behind. Then we tried to pay on our mortgage and were told that it won't count against what we owed. I am heartbroken, not sure what to do. Suggestions? We are 'upside down' all that we put as a down payment, 7 years ago, is gone due to devaluation.

I am totally frustrated about getting my ad to show in your screen for rent. It was previously listed by an agent and I didn't know it until after I had clicked the wrong button. Should I write the ad again and start over? Must I pay again? Why doesn't the newly paid for ad show up? Please help me. Linda

Zestimet disparity in house appraisal

The house next door just sold ( 3 months ago ) For $555,000

Our house is the exact same house in reverse with same upgrades and condition is zestimented at $455,000. It is my feeling that that large disparity is not expressing what buyers are paying for this exact property in this neighborhood
