One that recently sold for $325,000 shows as worth $290,000. Our townhome dropped in value from $355,000 to $305,000 in a matter of one month. Our realtor thinks it would actually sell for $325,000 and would list it at $340,000.&nbsp; I don't know what the algorithm uses and how it weights different factors.&nbsp; The old one valued too high and the new one values like an appraiser would - meaning 10% under valued.
