This was great because it gave us a significant buffer to find our current home in Sunnyvale.

Now we have outgrown this home and are looking to move elsewhere in Sunnyvale or very close by. I realize that it completely depends on the new buyer, but I'm curious how common is this type of "rent back" (or whatever it's called) with single family homes? We'd like to do this again, if possible, since the market is so competitive now for buyers.

12 replies Sun, 06 Jan 2013 20:16:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-common-are-%27rent-backs%27/473340/ 2013-01-06T20:16:00Z Code Violations in existing homes. http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Code-Violations-in-existing-homes/318656/ 7 replies Tue, 26 Jan 2010 19:08:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Code-Violations-in-existing-homes/318656/ 2010-01-26T19:08:00Z fha loan for second home as primary http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/fha-loan-for-second-home-as-primary/448628/ Hello
I have conventional loan on a condo and I have outgrown it.so planning to buy new place by renting old one, will I be able to get FHA loan for second home which will be primary?
