We have lived in our house for 1.5 years and need to relocate. Will we have to pay capital gains?

My husband's company is relocating so we must move. We have not been in the house for two years, only 1.5 years. If we sell for more than we owe will we have to pay capital gains? Thanks for the help.

How can a seller unclaim a home - the home is now listed with an agent who feeds into zillow.

The listing agent has better pictures and copy but the homeowner had his info on the website before listing. Now that it is listed both owner and agent want the agent's info to take precedence.

Contigency for Bank Owned property?

We're interested in purchasing a bank owned property, but we haven't put our current house on the market yet. Is it possible to make a full offer with contingency? We can also afford 2 mortgages but we can't meet the 20% down payment for the 2nd mortgage without getting the equity from our current house. Any advice? We hate to let this house passes us by.

5/8 j trim does not extend beyond my window... what do I do? will 3/4 j trim work?

I am trying to install vinyl siding on my home. Lowe's sent 5/8 j trim to go around the windows. When installed it did not extend beyond the window. I don't think it is supposed to look like this? Can I use 3/4 j trim or do they make such?

Due to a conflict with one of my 3 credit cards, the one in particular has fallen into bad standing. This has caused my credit score to drop substancially. Should that render me helpless when it comes to purchasing a condo?

I wonder why it is so difficult to contact someone in Zillow ?
They publish false date and infomation on homes that need to be corrected.
